and related interactions between billing system
and relevant network element can be executed
immediately.
Hotbilling
charging information can affect not in real-time,
but in short interval. Generally this interval is
15 minutes, or 10 minutes, or shorter. In this
way, when the interval is expired, CDR is sent to
billing system by serving network element, then
account balance is updated, and related
