Subject: Regarding Un-professional Behaviour.

Dear Christine

This is in reference to your personal discussion with our Executive HR, dated 15 June 2015
seeking your explanation regarding your behaviour with seniors and handling Company property
which was considered Un-professional Behaviour. During the discussion you were explained and
guided to follow the norms and hierarchy of the Company. You were also informed about the
expectations from you as an employee and a Senior member of the team.
The Company has provided you with opportunities to bring change in yourself in terms of your
behaviour, attitude and your work performance. You have been constantly guided and counseled
for the same. You have also been provided an opportunity to act as Lead in a Critical Project.
However, it is observed that there has been no positive change in the same.

Subject change of work schedule
Dear employees
We are considering sending our staff on a training course on customer
services. Our staff strength will be low for a month and in increasing our
business our clients are expecting their work on time. Management has
decided to increase the working hours. The workday for all the
employees is changing from 8:30am to 5:15pm. Your breaks will be at
11:00 am-11:15am, 12:30pm-1:00pm, 3:00pm-3:10pm. The change is
effective on 25 Nov 2015. If there is, by any chance, any of you have
special circumstance such as child care availability. Please inform your
manager so they work out an alternative plan with you
