 Qu es?
El trmino Calentamiento Global se refiere al aumento gradual de las temperaturas de la
atmsfera y ocanos de la Tierra que se ha detectado en la actualidad, adems de su continuo
aumento que se proyecta a futuro.

Efectos
El promedio mundial de temperatura entre los aos 1850 y 2005
aument en aproximadamente 0,76C. Se proyecta un aumento
adicional de 1,4C a 5,8C en el ao 2100.

El espesor del hielo rtico al final del verano/principio del otoo

disminuy en
aproximadamente un 40%.

El promedio mundial del nivel del mar aumento de 12 a 22 cm

durante el ltimo siglo.
 Causas
Naturales
Una de lascausas ms importantes y
que est incidiendo de manera
negativamente en la salud del propio
planeta, se debe a un gran aumentode
laactividad solarlo que provoca ciclos
de calentamiento a corto plazo.
Otra causa natural es el aumento

Por encima de todo, esto significa que tenemos que dejar

de quemar combustibles fsiles y comenzar a utilizar la
energa solar, elica y otras fuentes de energa
renovables a la vez que nos aseguramos de proporcionar
a los pases del sur posibilidades de desarrollo. Si as lo
hacemos, la Tierra ir dejando parte del carbono fuera de
la atmsfera cclicamente y terminaremos volviendo al
lmite seguro. Al disminuir el uso de otros combustibles
fsiles y mejorar las prcticas agrcolas y forestales en
todo el mundo, podramos volver a 350 para mediados de
siglo.
