In Smart Forms, a node and all successor nodes are processed only if the
respective output condition is true
A condition can either be a logical expression on field values or consist of events
or position queries in the form processing
Output Option & Condition are available in a similar manner for ALL lower nodes

Summary

The Pages and Windows node is the second top level node in the Smart Form
Tree structure. All print related (actual print and print control) nodes are
maintained as sub-nodes of the Pages and Windows node.
The Page is the highest level component of a print and represents the layout and
dimensions of the page to be printed on.
A Window is a rectangular block on a page that has a fixed position and
dimensions. The logic for printing the contents of the window is written in sub-
nodes of the window.
