Code of the Philippines

collection system,
transportation, and disposal in their

approved by the local health authority.
PD 984 also known as
Pollution Control
Decree of 1976
mandates the adoption of a system

a safe and sanitary disposal of
wastes. It also provides guidelines
for the prevention and control
of pollution from solid, toxic, and
hazardous wastes.

and territorial waters.

Water Code of the
Philippines

statement for every proposed project and
understanding which significantly affect
