on a monthly basis. Additional capacity is reserved for the customer for use
as metered subscriptions.

capacity is billed on a hourly basis can be used on top of the monthly
metered capacity.
Either an annual non-metered subscription or a monthly metered
subscription is required before a customer can use hourly
