Greater Scholars International School
is a private school that provides high
quality education for families in the
Ajah-Lekki axis of Lagos State.
Education begins at birth and the first
few years of life are most important.
Children have various needs at this
formative age, and a variety of inputs
are required to support the childs
growth and development. Greater
Scholars International School provides
intelligent, capable and supportive
personnel who interact with children

These formative years are also those
in which the child most easily learns
the ground rules of human behavior. At
Greater Scholars International School,
we build a strong culture based on
values such as godly character,
innovation, creativity, hard work,
diligence and excellence, as the
children work and play with in small
groups. Research in brain development
proves that intelligence is not fixed at
birth, but can be stimulated.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
TOTAL CHILD DEVELOPMENT/ TRAINING
MEALS
LUNCH SHALL BE SERVED ON A FLAT PLATE ON A
TRAY. EACH DEPARTMENT MUST MAKE COMMENTS
ON THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD PROVIDED ON THE
LUNCH REGISTER. STAFF WILL COLLECT THE FOOD
AND LAY OUT THE PLATE BEFORE THE CHILDREN
ARRIVE IN THE HALL.
ALL STAFF WILL BE IN THE HALL WITH THEIR
CHILDREN DURING LUNCH. KINDLY ENCOURAGE
CHILDREN TO EAT QUIETLY. ENSURE THAT ALL
CHILDREN IN THE SCHOOL EAT THEIR FOOD AND
DRINK WATER. SEE THAT THE CHILDREN EAT
DECENTLY, CHEW WITH THEIR MOUTHS CLOSED, AND
EAT WITH LITTLE OR NO SPILLS. TEACHERS ARE NOT
TO EAT LUNCH IN THE CLASSROOM. THEY MAY HAVE
A DRINK BUT NOT IN A BOTTLE. HOT BEVERAGES
ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM.
STAFF MUST NEVER EAT CHILDRENS
FOOD OR DRINK FROM CHILDRENS
WATER. DO NOT GIVE A CHILDS DRINK
OR WATER TO ANOTHER EXCEPT A
SIBBLING. EACH CLASS WILL HAVE
PASTED ON THEIR WALLS THE ROUTINES
FOR EATING
