Install the necessary protection guards

falling or scattering material is capable of
entering the operator cab. Install front
guards when working with a hammer. In
mining applications, FOPS must be
adopted.

Dont operate the machine while FOG and

FOPS are tilted. Otherwise, FOG & FOPS

Procedures Before Starting

Place the machine in the service position

Carry out daily maintenance
Adjust the seat so that you comfortably
and safely can operate all controls and
pedals
Check instruments and control lamps
Check that there are no leaks
Check that there are no faulty or loose
parts which can cause damage
Check that there is fuel in the tank
Check that engine hood and guard plates
are closed

When Starting
Clean / defrost the windows
Always sit in the operator seat when you are starting
the engine / the machine
Fasten the seat-belt before all operation
Do not move off until the central warning lamp has
gone out
Check that all gauges, controls and instruments are
functioning
Check that nobody is near the machine before you
move the machine
Sound the horn
Finally, move the safety locking lever up to be able to
operate the working and travelling hydraulics

Dingin/
Make sure that the freezing point of the coolant corresponds to the
weather conditions./ Yakinkan bahwa titik beku pendingin sesuai
dengan kondisi cuaca [itu].
Use recommended lubrication oil for winter use./musim dingin
Fill the fuel tank after work has finished for the day, to counteract
the formation of condensation water in the tank.
When the engine has started, run it at low speed and light loading
until the oil in the engine, hydraulic system has warmed up and
become more fluid to provide proper lubrication.

operation, personal safety, property damage and possibly,

Basic Safety
Read & understand the operators manual, plates and instructions attached to the machine
Carry out daily service
Clean/defrost the windows
Check that there are no faulty/loose parts or leaks which can cause damage
Check that the battery disconnect switch is switched on
Check whether the extraction capacity of the ventilation system is sufficient
Check where two escape routes are
Check that there are no persons in the vicinity of the machine
Adjust the operator seat to a comfortable, safe position
Always sit in the seat when starting the engine
The door must be closed when operating
Suitable clothing for safe handling should be worn
Wear a hard hat for increased head protection
Never operate the machine while under the influence of alcohol, medicine or other drugs
Always use three point approach when you enter or leave the machine
Do not overload the machine
