Reflection
The Arts Fair was an awesome opportunity to meet new classmates who could
potentially be future colleagues. It allowed me to network with new contacts
and reconnect with others I have met through my experience at CSI. This was
an excellent place to connect with like minded individuals who also enjoy the
arts. Events such as these are a cornerstone for sustainability and for the
future of the arts in small communities. These days many forms of artistic
expression is not available in schools, and parents may never have an
opportunity to show their children the different types of arts available. A venue
as such is a excellent way to introduce children to something new. With the
lack of artistic type classes in public schools these days, makes events as this
so much more important to the community.

This event reaffirmed some of the reasons why I want to teach. To continue to
introduce young people to new ideas and opportunities that sometimes are
missed, because they dont have access, or simply dont have sufficient
guidance and support. This made me realize the importance returning to
school to become a teacher.
Thank you
Thank you Dr. Fox, for allowing us to use this as our project. It was a
fantastic opportunity to meet members of the community,
classmates, and get to put names with faces.

By the time we had all made contact, things began to roll. Everyone
contributed, got involved, and wanted to help. We arrived on
Saturday not knowing what to expect. We were very busy the first
few hours, but we all jumped in and helped out where needed.

Thank you Amber, Kaylee, and Eddy! I am glad I had to opportunity

to meet you. In the end with whatever challenges we had, we all
helped each other out and got things done. For having never met, I
thought it was an exceptional day!
