Member Search
Barcode Search
To search for a member by Member Number, click in the
Barcode bar and either scan their Member Tag or type in
the barcode number, then click Search.

Advanced Search
Advanced Search allows the user to search for members by first or last name, member
number, or phone number. To run an advanced search, click Advanced Search below
the barcode search section. Enter the desired search criteria, then click Search.

Results
The search results show a list of existing members based on search criteria. View
member information by selecting the View button.

Searching for Members

Search Results
Search results can display 3 possible different icons
next to the member name. The Inactive icon appears
if the membership is currently inactive. The Active
icon appears if the membership is currently active.
The Tag icon appears if the member is a Black
Card Member.

Member Profiles
To view a Member Profile after searching, click View in the far right column of the
member profile you wish to view. The profile will open in a dialogue box.

Member Usage Report


To view the members Usage Report,
click Member Usage Report
beneath the member photo. The
usage report shows both summary
and detailed reports on the specific
members amenity usage.

Member Profiles
Member Schedules
From the main Member Profile screen, click the Schedules tab to view a list of the
members recent amenity schedules. The list includes the date, time, amenity type, and
whether or not it was activated.

Member Waivers
To view a list of the members
completed waivers, click the Waivers
tab. The list will show the Waiver
Title, the Signed Date, and a button
option to View or Print the waiver.

Member Waivers
To view the filled waiver, click on the View/Print button. The completed member waiver
will appear with an option in the top right corner to Print.

Reports
To view reports of Club Utilization, click the staggered bars icon next to the time in the
top right corner of the screen. This will direct you to a drop down with options of
Member Usage Report or Amenity Activity Report. Click on the report type you
wish to view.

Member Usage Report


The Member Usage Report shows
member related data for each
amenity over a specified period of
time. The summary includes the
number of schedules and activations
by unique members, as well as
missed schedules. The detailed
report lists the date, time, member
name, email, amenity name,
scheduled and used minutes, and
hours since last use.

Reports
Amenity Activity Report
The Amenity Activity Report displays run-time related data for each amenity over a
specified period of time. The summary lists the total number of activations for each
amenity type during the specified time period. The detailed report shows the hours
active, number of activations, and percentage of time active for each piece of amenity
equipment in the time period.

Scheduling Members

Schedule an Amenity
Select an empty time slot by clicking a to start scheduling an amenity. A dialog box
will prompt you with the room name and the time you selected for scheduling. Type or
scan the member number into the text box and click Confirm to complete the member
schedule as long as the member has accepted all waivers and release forms on the
Scheduling Kiosk. Once successfully scheduled, a confirmation dialogue box will open;
the members name and number will appear in the box selected.

Scheduling Conflict
If there is a conflict with scheduling a member, the
member schedule will appear in yellow on the main
dashboard. By clicking on the schedule, a dialogue
box will open with the reason for the conflict.

Member Schedules
Existing Member Schedules
The first name, last initial, and member number of
members with existing scheduled items will display on the
timeline. Placing the mouse cursor over a members
schedule will display their full name and photo if one has
been added.

Modifying an Existing Member Schedule


Selecting a members existing schedule will open a dialog box where the existing
schedule can be modified or canceled.

Canceling a Member Schedule


Existing member schedules can be
canceled at any time by selecting the X in
the top right corner of their schedule. In the
pop-up, select Remove. A member
schedule can also be canceled by clicking
the members name and selecting Cancel
This Schedule.

Schedule a Guest
Guests can be scheduled for Hydro Massage. To schedule a guest for Hydro Massage,
begin again by clicking a in the Hydro Massage row. In the dialog box, click
Schedule Guest.

Enter the required information, such as first and


last name, and phone number and click
Schedule. The guests name will appear in the
box selected.

Activating Amenities

Amenity Activation
To activate an amenity, click on the existing member schedule (the first name, last name,
and member number will display on the timeline). The pop-up box will prompt for
additional options for the amenity operations. The Operator ID is required to begin the
amenity. The Delay option delays the start of the amenity for the selected number of
minutes, while the Duration option sets the amount of time for the amenity to operate
after the delay. Click Start when the member is ready to begin using an amenity.

Tanning Activation
When activating a scheduled tanning session, the member Skin Type will display at the
top of the dialogue box. This will display the maximum time allowed to tan for the skin
type, and the system will not permit scheduling for a duration longer than the maximum.

Activating Amenities
After activating an amenity, a Confirmation dialogue will pop up. Click OK.

Amenity Maintenance

Blocking a Room/Amenity for


Maintenance
Amenities can be placed in Maintenance if there is a problem with the room/amenity.
Amenity rooms in Maintenance cannot be scheduled from the scheduling or
administration kiosk until the Maintenance status is removed. To place an amenity in
maintenance, click on the name of the amenity in the far left column, then choose the
piece of equipment and click Close.

Amenities currently in Maintenance are shown on the timeline
with a red X

Color Coding

A schedule with a red outline indicates a dirty amenity.

A schedule with a yellow outline indicates an amenity delay.

A schedule with a yellow background indicates a schedule in conflict.

A schedule with a green outline indicates an amenity that is currently active.

A schedule with a black outline indicates a completed schedule.
