to eradicate malaria
1965 : < 0.15 cases per 1000 population
1980 : abandoned DDT cost case
1996-2000 : epidemic in Central Java 4-45
cases per 1000 population (esp 1997-1998
East Asian Economic Crisis)

household and residents > 15 yo. Using
EpiInfo version 6 & SPSS version 10

district.
