CALIBRATION
What is Calibration?
Calibrationis one of the primary processes

used to maintain instrument accuracy. It is

the process of configuring an instrument to
provide a result for a sample within an
acceptable range.
How we Calibrate?
Procedure may vary from product to
product, the calibration process generally
involves using the instrument to test
samples of one or more known values
called calibrators.
Why is Calibration
Important?
The accuracy of all measuring devices
degrade over time. This is typically caused
by normal wear and tear. Calibration
improves the accuracy of the measuring
device. Accurate measuring devices
improve product quality.
