Plan Procurement Management is the process that creates the
documents which specify how the project will approach procurements
and identifies potential sellers. The documents created include:
Procurement Management Plan, Procurement Statement of Work,
Procurement Documents, Source Selection Criteria, Make or Buy
Decisions, Change Requests and Project Documents Updates

The Inputs are: the Project Management Plan, Requirements


Documentation, Risk Register, Activity Resource Requirements,
Project Schedule, Activity Cost Estimates and Stakeholder
Register.

The tools used are: Make or Buy Analysis, Expert Judgment,


Market Research and Meetings.

Conduct Procurements is the process of gathering seller responses (bids),
selecting seller and awarding contract. The process creates the Selected
Sellers, Agreements, Resource Calendars and Change Requests.

The Inputs are the Procurement Management Plan, Procurement


Documents, Source Selection Criteria, Seller Proposals, Project
Documents, Make or Buy Decisions, and Project Statement of Work

The tools used include: Bidder Conference, Proposal Evaluation

Control Procurements is the process that monitors contract performance
and makes changes where necessary. The process creates: Work
Performance Information, Change Requests, Project Management

Assets Updates.

Agreements, Approved Change Requests, Work Performance Reports
and Work Performance Data.
