When the UE moves while having a PS service established:

The PS service is maintained thanks to a 2G to 3G cell reselection.

Reselection to 3G can still be performed when the UE is in GPRS Standby
mode.

In GPRS Ready mode, the reselection to 3G depends on the activation or not

of the NC2 reselection mode (no CCO 2G to 3G in B10).
