1.0 Introduction
With the rise in global warming and increasing pollution levels, it is becoming essential to find a
viable alternative to the internal combustion engine petrol powered car.

The aim of this project was to create two designs for a fuel cell powered car, the main criteria
being environmental friendliness in terms of both emissions and materials.

This report presents the designs for two such cars, each of which includes the following
components: engine, fuel, wheels, accessories, safety features and materials. Car A is aimed at
the upper end of the market, while Car B is a mid-range vehicle suitable for family use.

A description of the design and an analysis of operational efficiency for each car are followed by a
comparison of the two designs. Finally, the most cost efficient design is recommended.

You need to define what you are going to talk about. Otherwise your marker can't tell if you've talked about it
meaningfully or not.
You need to show your marker what you are trying to do with your topic - your direction.
You need to show your marker what you are going to cover (and what you're not, if need be).
You need to give your marker background information necessary to their understanding.
Introduce the context or background to the topic: Perhaps you could explain the title in your own words or use a
quotation from an author who offers a supporting or contradictory statement about your topic area.

What is the purpose of writing about this topic? Is there a problem or controversy with the topic?

Definitions: Are you using any complex terminology or acronyms that need defining? Try to use a working definition from
an expert in your subject area rather than referring to a general dictionary definition.

Introduce the main ideas that stem from your topic: You cannot write about everything; for a 2,000 word assignment,
select between 3-5 key ideas and introduce them in the precise order in which they will be discussed.
Synopsis
A retired 70-year-old widower, Ben (played by Robert De Niro), is bored with retired
life. He applies to a be a senior intern at an online fashion retailer and gets the
position. The founder of the company is Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway), a tireless,
driven, demanding, dynamic workaholic. Ben is made her intern, but this is a nominal
role - she doesn't intend to give him work and it is just window dressing. However, Ben
proves to be quite useful and, more than that, a source of support and wisdom.

Starting a new job can be a difficult challenge, especially if you're already retired.
Looking to get back into the game, 70-year-old widower Ben Whittaker (Robert De Niro)
seizes the opportunity to become a senior intern at an online fashion site. Ben soon
becomes popular with his younger co-workers, including Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway),
the boss and founder of the company. Whittaker's charm, wisdom and sense of humor
help him develop a special bond and growing friendship with Jules.
Throwing traditional workplace archetypes on their ear, Robert
De Niro is "a world-class charmer" (Rolling Stone) as senior-
citizen intern to online fashion exec Anne Hathaway in this
comical and endearing tale. Initially skeptical of taking on the
70-year-old retiree, the high-powered Hathaway and her staff
are soon won over by his hard work and ingenuity. Co-starring
Rene Russo. Written and directed by Nancy Meyers.
Conclusion
Im under no illusion that this movie is the template for business or personal success. But
its a fun reminder that its the daily interactions with our colleagues at all stages of
their careers that can make a difference both professionally and personally. As we begin
to think about our 2016 employee engagement plans, these are just a few of the areas
that well be focusing on. Developing engagement plans that connect and lift the team
requires a lot of intentional thinking, planning and delivering. The results will have long-
lasting impacts that extend far beyond the corporate walls.
