SECOND GRADE

REWARDS!!
Individual rewards:
Students will earn classroom tickets when he/she has good behavior, listens to
directions the first time or is kind to a peer.
Every Friday students will be able to use tickets to buy desired prizes.
Ex: Computer time, no homework, toys, etc.
Group rewards:
Students will earn table points when the whole table is following directions,
has a clean table, etc.
The winning table will get PAT time (preferred activity time)on Fridays.
Ex: Board game, stations or choice of activity
Students will also have recess rewards
Each day the class can earn a letter to spell recess. Once the word is
spelled out, students will get an extra 10 minutes of recess.
Individual:
First Verbal warning
Second warning = loss of one classroom ticket
continues until student behaves, if student dose not change his/her
choices it becomes a 3rd warning
Third warning = loss of recess time/ behavior form
Fourth warning = phone call/email home
Fifth warning = conference with parents and/principal

Loss of a letter for the word RECESS
Heads down
If the class cannot control their behavior they will all be put in a
time out by putting their heads down until they are silent and
ready to work.
The behavior from is to be filled out during the
students recess time.

After student fills out the


warning sheet the teacher will
explain that if he/she continues
to make bad choices there will
be a phone call home.

Documentation will only be made after the students second warning
