The perfect pancake is

Then, sift together the flour, baking
powder, salt and sugar in a large
bowl.
Next, make a well in the center and
pour in the milk, egg and melted
butter.
Now mix using a whisk until batter becomes smooth.
While mixing, heat a lightly oiled griddle or
frying pan. Then pour or scoop the batter onto
the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for
each pancake.
Afterwards, cook for about two
minutes or until the pancake is golden.
Before long the pancakes will brown on both sides.
Flip then serve hot.
