7) Thickness Test
1. Purpose Assuring quality by checking the film thickness of painted plastic part

8) UV Resistance Test
1. Purpose Assuring quality for discoloration by confirming Discoloration of sample After UV test

Test 72Hr with 15W UV A+B lamp and at the position of 20cm from sample

4. Test a. Attached to a half of the sample with the d. temperature in chamber inside is

equipment machine, remove the shading tape.

1. Purpose Assuring quality by confirming the discolor, strain of part by the physical environment

10) Alcohol resistant test


1. Purpose Assuring Quality by checking the print erase when the rubbing print sample with alcohol cloths

11) Refrigerant Oil Reaction Test


1. Purpose At installation, Assuring Quality by checking reaction when drop Refrigerant Oil on part
(Apply only during First part test initially/part Concerned with Oil reaction

Make a sample and bend it with stress, dip in oil for 240hr,
Method and check crack of sample, or
After applying the sample weight and then spread Oil on the surface of sample,
wait for 240hr, and then check crack of sample

12) Inflammability Test


1. Purpose Assuring quality by checking the Inflammability of Flame-retardant parts
(only the apply to flame-retardant material)

1. Purpose Securing quality for Bodily harm of customer (PL prevention )

15) Adhesion Strength Test


1. Purpose Assuring Quality by checking the adhesion of painted, printing, plating part

[Instrument]
2. Measuring knife,ruler,#600 3M Scotch Tape
Instrument
3. Inspection
Make 11 lines to the each direction(horizontal & vertical) with sharp steel pen or diamond,
Method and attach 3M Scotch tape to this area with 500g power, lift it with 50cm/sec speed vertically

4. Test
[inspection Method] - Draw a vertical 11 line, horizontal 11 line in the part (interval 1cm equally)
sequence
- Attach the Scotch Tape and scrub the sample with 500g weight
- Detach the tape with speed of 50cm/sec (No peeling)

16) Surface Hardness Test


1. Purpose Assuring Quality by checking the surface hardness of painted, printing, plating part

[Instrument] 2. Measuring Pencil hardness Test device

Make pencil 45 degree and move it to the front direction with 500g pressure,
Method repeat 5 times with same direction and speed.

4. Test
Make a sample for pencil hardness(size:70mmx150mm)
sequence
Set a Balance and fix the pencil (angle 45degree )
Install the sample to the pencil hardness test device
[inspection Method] Put the device with weight 500g and do test.

18) Boiling Water Test


1. Purpose Checking the state of painting in the water of high temperature of painting and coating part

2. Measuring Temperature Boiling water Bath
Instrument

Put the sample in the boiling water of 1002 for 1hr,
Method and then left it for 1hr at room temperature, check the surface of painted sample

1. Boiling the water in the Boiling water Bath (switch turn on)

2. When water temperature is 100, put the part in the boiling water bath.
3. Left it 1hr at the 100 and the left it 1hr at room temperature

1. Purpose Ensuring quality corrosion of part added Fe
