To realize Vision 2030, Harambee PP commits to
the following targeted interventions:

Improving skills and quality of educational outcomes


Expanding manufacturing base, tapping regional
integration
Promoting Growth at Home and export-led growth
Fostering a conducive investment climate
Eradicating poverty through income generation and social
protection
Medium-Term Policy Response Agenda

Implement growth-friendly fiscal & monetary policies


Do things differently; Implement Harambee PP
Mobilize Domestic Resources to finance development
Implement structural reforms to optimize outcomes:
(PPP Policy, Public Enterprises, NEEEF, Public
Procurement, Financial Sector reforms)
Medium-Term Policy Response Agenda
Conclusion
Namibia has made significant progress since 1990
Structural constraints in core areas remain, but are
surmountable
Addressing the constraints require a new norm,
better targeting and urgency in a globalized world
The Harambee Prosperity Plan offers prioritization for
a new development paradigm
