Overall
University Readiness
As of today, students data of 7 departments has
been imported in CMS.

Data availability in M Phil and Ph D programs,

in particular, is both time consuming and
manual
Summary of Current Status
7 departments are ready to go live (subject to
completeness of their master data)

Delay in CMS usage by these departments makes

CMS current configurations and data obsolete

Project Support by Techlogix expires in Jun-09;

delay in CMS usage will increase risk of late
issue-resolution cycle
Proposed Future Roadmap
7 departments can target CMS Usage beginning
1st week of May-09

We are hopeful to collect the remaining data

from departments today, this data would be
loaded into the CMS

Regular Review of CMS Project every month
