The program offers the ability to be able to learn the principles of Six Sigma,
DMAIC, Quality Tools, and Methods with minimal disruption to the work that
needs to be done to satisfy customer requests. The blended approach effectively
saves 3 days of interruption for each individual going through the program and
can save significant expense in staff training.

Case Study- Seagate
Business Challenge
Seagate was in the process of moving most of its production from Singapore to
China, Thailand, and Malaysia and wanted to maintain their Six Sigma processes
Their core Six Sigma project team was based in Singapore and was going to
now be required to provide both project leadership and training across Asia
Most of the new engineers outside Singapore had little knowledge of Six Sigma
