Teachers in the most exciting


and effective differentiated
classrooms dont have all the
answers. What they do have
is optimism and
determination.

WE GATHER TOGETHER ON THE JOURNEY
We gather today in the name of our God.
We gather to share, support, encourage, celebrate,
and learn from each other.
We gather as people who journey in faith.
Although our pathways are different, our journey is
the same.
Moving forward as one body
into a future filled with possibility,
we walk with hope, because we have chosen to be
light
for each other on the way.

- discuss the reflection and any developments that have occurred
since the meeting.
- review lessons to date which resulted from the information gained
from the T3 Assessment, groupings and delivery of content e.g. the
explicit teaching that has taken place, differentiation, use of
resources.
- refer to the Grammar and Punctuation Scope and Sequence in
relation to planning.
- discuss where to next for content and specific Learning Intentions
and possible Success Criteria.
