RESULT

The result shows that self-concept and students English

achievement in school have close correlation. Students with high
achievement tend to have different self-concept with students
who low achievement. Students with low achievement will see
themselves as people who dont have the ability and less able to
make strong adaptation with other students. They also tend see
people around him as environment that cant accept her/him.
Students who see his/her self negatively, in turn, will assume the
success achieved not because of the his/her ability, but because of
the lucky factor. Other case, students who see his/her positively,
will assume the success as result of hard work and because of
his/her ability factor.
