Saving a File:
To save a document click the Save button on the
Quick Access toolbar.
The first time a document is saved, the Save As
dialog box opens.

Printing a File:
A printed copy of a document is called hard copy or
a printout. To access Print Preview, click the Office
button, point to Print, and then click Print Preview.
