Conducted a survey on the St. Peter Marian athletic

program
Surveyed 221 students from SPM
Mix of kids ranging from 7th grade to seniors.
Our mission was to gain valuable information for
administration so they could have a deeper
understanding of improvements that need to be
made

Most responses were positive
There were a few issues where kids had to miss class
because of games and they didnt know until that day
Also some kids identified that the field conditions
could be better

Lacrosse last year our games were told scheduled that

day

Sometimes our games are put on the schedule for one
date, but are changed after a couple of days

Generally sports are not the reason that kids chose
SPM
Many other activities and clubs are offered such as
the drama program and many other after school
activities. Kids seem to be interested in other things
besides sports.

There was some incidents where kids felt that they
were treated unfairly.
Men's Hockey was one of the teams that kept coming

I have really been disappointed
with my high school hockey
career due to mainly poor
coaching. They wont fire the
coach because he is related to the
principal and he is honestly the
worst coach ever. I could have
been a much better hockey player
and we would have had better
records. This coach has ruined
SPM hockey also. They wont have
a full team next year.
