INTRODUCTION
The majority of organizations are competing to survive in this
volatile and fierce market environment.

Motivation and performance of the employees are essential tools


for the success of any organization in the long run.

Management, as it highlights the evolution and achievement of


the one organization. On the other hand there is a positive
relationship between employee motivation and organization
effectiveness, reflected in numerous studies.

The factors such as motivation and rewards increase morale.


For example one employee may be motivated by higher
commission, while another might be motivated by job higher
commission, while another might be motivated by job satisfactions
or a better work environment. All organizations want to be
successful, even in current environment which is highly competitive.
OBJECTIVES
To know the future of employees i.e. whether the employee
shall remain in present job or be transfer, promoted, demoted
or dismiss.

To create condition in which people are willing to work with


zeal, initiative interest, and enthusiasm.

To increase loyalty in favour of the company.

To improve discipline and with pride and confidence cohesive


manners that goal of organization are achieve effectively.
SCOPE OF STUDY
Rewards and motivations are used to review the performance of
employees for a given period of time.

Rewards and motivation finds the gap between the actual and the
desired performance of an employee.

Reward and motivation aims at motivating employees of an


organization.

Rewards and motivation strengthens the relationship between the


subordinates and superiors.
LIMITATION
The research conducted is limited to the employees of
SPEARHEAD ACUITY .

The responses given by employees are considered as


final which may be biased.

There is a possibility that the responses received from


the employees may be casual.

Some Confidential data was not shared by the company


staff.
HYPOTHESIS
H1 : There is a significant relationship between
employees motivation and organizational
effectiveness

H2 : Rewarding employees has an effect on tasks and


it motivates them to work .
IMPORTANCE AND SIGNIFICANCE
Motivation is a planned managerial process, which
stimulates people to work to the best of their
capabilities, by providing them with motives, which are
based on their unfulfilled needs.

Motivation Stimulates people to accomplish desired


goals

Motivation influences others to do your will through


the possibility of gain or reward.

HYPOTHESIS PROVING
The above data analysis proves that the motivational techniques adopted by
manufacturing firms significantly lead to retention of the employees.

are strong and the same can be inferred from the conclusion that

FINDINGS
68% of employees at SPEARHEAD ACQUITY are satisfied through
Motivational Techniques adopted by the company.

84% employees say that rewards at work motivate them in their job.

The relationship between employees and organizational


performance are strong and the same can be inferred from the
conclusion that organization performance has improved over the last
five years.

88% employees feel that organization performance has improved


over the last five years.
CONCLUSION
The policies on employees rewards are good approach towards
motivation and stimulating an employee to a work place.
Rewards and motivation given by the company to its employees is one
of the most encouraging factors which would help the company in
making more growth.
The technique for rewards and motivation are effective enough but
there are some more ways that can be adapted to make it more
interesting.
Also other employee empowerment activities can be conducted by the
company to bring about feeling of oneness amongst employees.

SUGGESTIONS
In order to make the rewards more motivating the employer should
include employees to a greater extent in the decision making process and
development of rewards.

The majority of the employees felt that reward did not motivate them
because if does not match their work effort.
