How many Mushrooms to use?

I typically prefer odd

numbers of
mushrooms in my
photo, often groups
of 3 or 5, they look
more natural to me.
If a single fills the frame and shows all
parts of the mushroom it can work like
with this Orange Peel Fungi Aleuria
aurantia
 Adding two many mushrooms is
distracting like with these Lepiota
cristata not natural looking
I photographed these Laccaria amethystea
at Mamouth Park I did not like it because
of the empty spaces around the
mushrooms
