Make your stay in Romania LEGAL

Students from EU, EEA countries and Switzerland need a
REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
Certificate issued by the faculty (secretary office)
Original and photocopy of the Passport or ID card
Medical certificate from any physician (you may go to the Students Clinic
located in Dormitory Sport 21, on 7 Pandurilor Street)
Application form (from the Office for Immigration)
Fees: 2 RON paid at Taxes and Fees Office at 1-2, Unirii Square (keep the
receipt!)
Office for Immigration 53-55, Alexandru Vaida Voievod Street, within the
Iulius Mall Complex)
 Erasmus+ Office

Erasmus Letter of Acceptance
Certificate issued by the faculty (secretary office)
Residence paper (tenancy contract) - photocopy and original
Medical certificate from any physician (you may go to the Students Clinic located in
Dormitory Sport 21, on 7 Pandurilor Street)
Photocopies of the passport (the picture page, the visa page and the page with the
stamp showing the date when the person last entered Romania);
Application form (from the Office for Immigration)
Fees: 5 RON to be paid at Taxes and Fees Office, located on 1-2 Unirii Square (keep
the receipt!)

General Rules and Regulations for non-EU STUDENTS

MUST OBTAIN AT LEAST 30 ECTS for mobility validation
first payment possible after having signed study contract and
handed in bank account details
no sooner than March 15, paid in RON
two scholarships in March
no more than 8 days outside Romania for
entire period of stay
scholarship confirmation in April and May

DEPARTURE FORMS

1. Signed Learning Agreement with changes (if any)

2. Transcript of Records
3. Attendance Certificate / Certificate of Stay
4. Receipts from dormitory (if the case)
5. Travel ticket (if the case)

DORMITORY RULES

Check-in and Check-out only during WEEKDAYS with

ID/passport + photo + pay first month of accommodation

Read and sign rental contract. Keep one original.

Respect the contract: you can receive up to one oral and one written
complaint, and then you will be excluded

Kitchen is open from 6:00 23:00

Pay every month: after 60 days, you are liable for exclusion. Keep
the receipts.

Linen and bed sheets if you do not need them, RETURN to

administrator!

Inform the administrator about

damage upon check-in!

Report and pay for any damage you produced!

No parties! No barbecues on the balcony!

REPORT TO OUR OFFICE if you give up the room before the end of
semester/academic year!
