1. From the data of population density, household and migration, we conclude
that the provinces of Indonesia especially 5 provinces of Jawa Barat, Jawa
Tengah, Jawa Timur, DI Yogyakarta, and Banten have urgent physiological needs
in maslows terms for shelter. While other provinces besides provinces in Java
Island have less concern about the density of the population and the living area.
It is crucial because the average household number of Indonesia counts to 4
family member. If they cant afford the living area that can fulfill the 4 family
member standard, the physical and mental health and well-being of the families
will be distrupted.

3. We conclude from the data above that the product suitable for these 5
provinces is apartment or real estate building that can provide shelter for a great
amount of people with minimum area.
The segmentation can be divided by the income level (Low, Mid, High). The mid
income segment has the largest population in Indonesia thus they should be the
main target of apartment marketing. The government should provide a policies
that can ease the mortgage loan so they could be more accessible to the low and
mid income population.
