jumper, or ODU or plug into them after
the power is off.
IF boards should also be reseated after
the power is off.
Be careful in the use of a multimeter for
testing the IF output voltage to avoid
short circuits.

Check Item Result

Check Item Result

1 ODU's and hybrid coupler's appearances are properly. The
latches of the ODU and hybrid coupler should tightly
engage on the antenna. The screws should be fastened
tight. The IF connector of ODU should be waterproofed and
face downward.
2 IF redundant: Leave enough slack when connecting cables
to the ODU to facilitate future maintenance.
3 ODU grounding: The ODU grounding cable should be
shortest length as possible and attached to the tower body
by the cable clamp. Before attached grounding cable, must
scrape-off the paint.

The latches of the ODU and hybrid
coupler should tightly engage on the
antenna. The screws should be fastened
tight. The IF connector of ODU should be
waterproofed and face downward.

1 In general, the IF cable should be grounded to a minimum of
three points. When the IF cable is longer than 60 meters, add
a grounding point for every extra 50 meters. The place about

than 30 cm.
4 The connection between the jumper and the IF cable should
be connected in a correct and reliable way. If the connection
is at outdoor, waterproof the connection.

Check Item Result

1 The installation position of IDU accords to the engineering

IDU chassis for heat dissipation. If there are multiple IDU, label
