DOs and DONTs of Mobile phone Do not share personal information like PAN card or AADHAAR or information regarding ATM/ DEBIT CARDS including CVVs One Time Passwords (OTPs) to any stranger on call. Banks and other financial institutions do not call their customers for these information. In case of any problem, they should personally visit the branch of concerned bank. 5. In case, youre in trouble Do not panic. Block your cards if you suspect any financial transaction Contact Local police station and/ or Cyber Crime police station Provide: Name Address Email account details Phone number Other account details, if needed 6. For Parents and Teachers Become computer literate and learn how to block objectionable material. Keep the computer in a common area, not in individual bedrooms, where you can watch and monitor its use. Spend time online together to teach your kids appropriate online behaviour. If they are friends with their children on social media, they should keep a check on who their childs friends are Take your child seriously if he or she reports an uncomfortable online exchange.
