Conclusion
As the conclusion, stress is the combination of psychological, physiological
and behavioral reactions that people have in response to events that threaten
or challenge them.
On the study conducted it shown that the main factor of stress for most of the
students are their studies.
Students become more stress during examinations.
The negative effect of stress is that, majority of the students will do not feel
well, the other effects are it makes them feel tired, and they cant sleep well
at night.
In the last section of the study, we look into the way on what students do
when they feel stressed. It is concluded that some of the students sing when
they feel stressed, some are eating, some answers that they shout when they
feel stressed, but majority of the respondents do nothing when they feel
stressed.
Recommendation

The following recommendation are suitable ways to overcome stress:


1. Always think positively
2. Laugh
3. Do something that you love.
4. Engage in outdoor activities
5. Take a break, Plan some fun
6. Plan to eat foods that improve health and eat an appropriate amount of food
at a reasonable schedule
