INTRODUCTION
Situation analysis
A young boy from Jaipur of 21 years was declared
brain dead by EHCC hospital, Jaipur.

There was a 50 year old male who had a condition called cardiac
ischemia and needed a heart transplant

The heart was flown from Jaipur to Delhi on an Air India passenger
flight which was retrieved from the airport and landed at 2:40 pm in
Delhi.

A GREEN CORRIDOR was created covering a distance of 21.3 km over


30 minutes at 2:51 pm.

Heart got transplant successfully.


Services Outsourced

The traffic police were a part of the heart


transportation for the transplant.

The traffic police coordinated the efforts with the team


of doctors of the hospital for swift delivery on the heart
to the hospital

EHCC hospital and FEHI outsource the Traffic Police.

In this case we can see that with the proper knowledge


on the operations and transformation process of the
heart transplant, the surgery was able to take place
successfully.
