Different acts for the appropriation for the different Public
High Schools, Separation of Public High Schools and
Conversion of some Public High Schools to Science High
Schools. Examples are RA 8943, 8944, RA 8940
Late term of Erap, succeeded by PGMA
Conversion of colleges to State Colleges. An example is RA

Over 150 High schools and elementary schools were given
extension buildings and annexes. Others were finally separated
to be an independent institution.

2009 (2010-2011)
In 2012, 200 more schools were given extensions and became
independent
