any material change in the use

Conversion is said to take place when the landowner


applies to SA to alter his present category of land use
to something else.

Section 124 NLC Alteration of any category of land


use.

Conversion:

All application under S124 must fulfill the following


condition :
a. The consent of all interested parties has been
obtained
b. All dues to the SA have been paid
c. Pay such further premium as required
d. Pay such fees and other charges as prescribed
e. Pay the newly determined quit rent
f. Comply with all such other condition as may
imposed by SA
