(licensed by R99 Channel elements feature)
HSDPA traffic
(licensed by HSDPA processing set features)
HSUPA traffic
(licensed by HSUPA processing set feature)
CCCH traffic
(licensed by CCCH processing set feature)
FSMF system module

FSMF include 5.5 SU:

1.125 SU are dedicated for HSDPA
4.375 SU are dedicated for R99, HSUPA

1 SU compute 96 CE => 420 CE is maximum of WBTS capacity.

But it can be reduced.
