EPMO / Shared Services LA
Introduction

The EPMO team was established in Latin America in 2014, co-located in


the LA SSC and reporting to the EPMO Shared Services organization in
North America.

The main duties of the EPMO in the region are to conduct the transitions
from the local operations in Latin America to the Shared Services Center
in Chile, and support the management of different IT projects impacting
the LASSC. The EPMO is also involved in various global and regional
projects for the Corporate functions.
