 Obligation of the Parties ( refer Activity Matrix)


 Architect’s obligations
1. List Core Architectural Services – Briefly state different Stages of Work (Stage
1 to 7, either fully or partially) or Partial services ref. SAIA agreement to be
undertaken
2. List Additional Architectural Services - e.g. Feasibility study, Record
Documents, Town Planning negotiations and attending meetings with Municipal
body. Trade package documentation, ref. SAIA and Australian Institute of
Architects
3. Form project team consisting of engineers and other specialists as required
 Client’s Obligations
1. Form project cordination committee with a cordinator representing the Client.
2. Provide Title deeds and all other details of the site like cadastral survey, plot
boundary cordinates, presence of any existing building or structure (heritage or
otherwise).
3. Honour Certificate of Payments and other Certificates etc 2
