Team Selection
Nov. 24 - 29

The 5 Coaches will be introduce. The Coaches

will select four (4) team members from batch 15.
If any new hire was selected by two or more
coaches the new hire will choose his/her
coach. Coaches will be informed who are still
available to be members of their team
 Battle Round
Dec 1 - 9

Each coach pairs two of his or her team members to compete

with each other based on VOC OS ( tie breaker no. of survey )
and lowest CCT (tie breaker ACW/hold time) MTD.
Any member who incurs a compliance defect, PCGD, Dissat and
absenteeism on the 1st week is automatically disqualified

The winners will stay in the game with their coach and will
proceed to the Knock-out round.
The new hires that did not win the battle round will be
available for steal by the other coaches. Coaches can
steal one (1) new hire from other team

Those who incurs a compliance defect, PCGD, Dissat and

absenteeism on the 1st week are not available for steal.

The saved new hire will proceed to the knock-out round

with the new coach.
The remaining members of the team will battle against each
other based on VOC OS ( tie breaker no. of survey ), lowest CCT
(tie breaker ACW/hold time) and highest schedule adherence
MTD.
Any member who incurs a compliance defect, PCGD, Dissat and
absenteeism on the 2nd week is automatically disqualified
The winner will stay on the game with his/her coach and will
proceed on the play-off round
The coach with a remaining member will proceed on the play-offs
The Coaches with a remaining team member will compete
against each other based on their team members metrics
QCAL, CCT, VOC and Schedule
Adherence (Tie breaker – lates/grace period)
The team that incurs a Compliance defect, PCGD,
Dissat and Absenteeism during the 3rd and 4thweek will be
disqualified.
