Work coil:
conclusion
In this project we focus on improving the efficiency of induction heating process
by reducing the losses and limit the time. We use very high frequency AC and
pass it through inductive coil to generate changing flux which produce heavy
currents in metallic object and create electrical resonance in this object to
produce skin effect. We design this project at a range of frequencies keeping the
supply voltage fixed because every work piece has different resonance
frequency. We locate resonance frequency of the working piece with the help of
coupling transformer feeding the LC tank using PLL logic.
