forecasting;

- capital return program design;
- and investor community monitoring, analysis and communications
support.
Senior Corporate Finance Analyst /
Corporate Finance Manager
• Key Qualifications:
◾3-7 years relevant work experience in debt capital markets, FP&A, or
corporate finance;
◾Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills;
◾Strong understanding of corporate finance theory;
◾Strong written and verbal communications skills;
◾Experience with Bloomberg and other financial information sources;
◾Proven experience in debt capital markets is preferred;
◾Proven experience in FP&A is preferred.
Senior Corporate Finance Analyst /
Corporate Finance Manager
• Among other activities, the individual will:
- Prepare detailed cash, balance sheet, and free cash flow forecasting and
analysis;
- Prepare detailed modeling and analysis of capital structure reflecting
debt financing and capital deployment scenarios;
- Monitor global debt capital markets and recommend potential funding
opportunities;
- Assist in execution of debt funding activities;
- Forecast and report financial commitments;
Senior Corporate Finance Analyst /
Corporate Finance Manager
- Forecast and monitor key rating agency responses to business and
capital structure developments;
- Assist in investor and rating agency communications;
- Analyze debt and equity valuations and changes in investor base;
- Monitor equity analyst and investor sentiment and outlook.
• Education:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent is required;
- CPA, CFA, and/or MBA from a top business school is desirable.

Luca Maestri - Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of Apple
• Luca Maestri is Apple’s senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer
reporting to CEO Tim Cook. As CFO, Luca oversees the accounting,
business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, M&A,
investor relations, internal audit and tax functions at Apple. Luca joined
Apple in 2013 as vice president of Finance and corporate controller, and
has worked closely with Apple’s senior leadership since his arrival.
• Luca has over 25 years of experience building and leading finance teams
in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity.
Prior to joining Apple, Luca was CFO at Xerox and previously at Nokia
Siemens Networks.
Luca Maestri - Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of Apple
• He began his career with General Motors and spent 20 years in finance
and operating roles in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe. While at
GM, Luca was part of the team that established GM’s regional Asia
Pacific operations, including manufacturing investments in China and
Thailand. He later became CFO for all of GM’s operations in Europe,
which spanned over 45 countries with annual net revenue of
approximately $40 billion.
• Luca graduated from Luiss University in Rome with a bachelor’s degree
in Economics and earned a master’s degree in Science of Management
from Boston University.
