MEMORANDUM?
WHAT IS A MEMORANDUM?
A memorandum (memo) is a
short message from one
person to another in the
same business or
organization.
WHAT IS A MEMORANDUM?
It is used to communicate:
- Changes in policy (ex. price changes &
change in time of store openings)
- Notifications (ex. notification for an
event & death of an employee)
- Brief reports (ex. progress reports &
proposals)
- Queries (inquiries on the subject matter)
