Executive Summary
THIS WEEK WE HAD SEVERAL ACTIVITIES TAKING PLACE A CROSS ALL THE A CCOUNTS;
We had stock out challenge due to undersupplies that we experienced in Tuskys Narok ,Buffalo
and Cleanshelf Nyahururu(all Sensodyne)
Managed to place promo packs at eye level in Cleanshelf Nyahururu and also
received BTS at Spear Gilgil
Managed to implement Woolmat Central JBP, Aquafresh 11%, Sensodyne 14%, Total
25%
Managed to implement Woolmatt East JBP by placing Sensodyne next to Colgate and
in a block
Managed to place Sensodyne next to Colgate and in a block in Tusks Imani
Managed to put BTS extra visibility in Cleanshelf Nyahururu,Hygienic supermarket
and Gilanis

CHALLENGES RECOMMANDATION
1.We are undersupplied in in Sensodyne all 1.The KA Jackson should make sure that all key

Nyahururu
• PROMOTIONS
• - We are still having Aquafresh save 30 and 70 in all Jamaa,Tuskys
Hyrax,Hygienic,Cleanshelf and Chawaka thus we should influence in acquiring
extra visibility and practicing FEFO
• SHORT EXPIRIES
• -Still having a quite number of Horlicks 200g and 500g a cross the accounts thus
pushing them through cross merchandising and creating extra visibility which will
help in pushing sales
