Pastikan Dump Body Sudah

1. If the oil is cold, check the oil level for the

torque converter sump in lower sight gauge
(3). The oil level should be at the "FULL
COLD" mark in lower sight gauge (3) .
2. If the oil is at operating temperature,
check the oil level for the torque converter
3 sump in upper sight gauge (2). The oil level
should be at the "FULL WARM" mark in
upper sight gauge (2) .

1. Check Level Air Pendingin

• Use the level gauge to check
the coolant level. The needle
should be in the green range.
When the needle enters the red
range, add coolant.
• Maintain the coolant level to the
top of the sight glass.

2. Engine Oil Level – Check
1. Remove dipstick (1). Inspect the dipstick in
order to determine the engine oil level.
2. Check the oil level with dipstick (1) .
a. If the engine is stopped, maintain the
oil level between the "ADD" mark and
the "FULL“ mark. These marks are on
the "SAFE STARTING RANGE" side
of the dipstick.
b. If the engine is running and the oil is at
operating temperature, maintain the oil
level between the "ADD" mark and the
"FULL" mark. These marks are on the
"SAFE OPERATING RANGE" side of
the dipstick.

4. Air Tank Moisture and Sediment

– Drain (type 1)
The air tank for the service brake and for the
retarder is located on the right platform.
The drain valve for this tank is located below the
steering hydraulic tank.

1. Open the one drain valve.
2. Check for moisture and sediment in the air
tank. Drain the moisture and the sediment from
the air tank into a suitable container.
3. Close the drain valve.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for the other tank.

4. Air Tank Moisture and Sediment

– Drain (type 2)
The air tank for the service brake and for the
retarder is located on the right platform.
The drain valve for this tank is located below the
steering hydraulic tank.

The parking and secondary brake air tank is

located behind the cab. The drain valve for this
tank is located behind the washer fluid bottle.
1. Open the one drain valve.
2. Check for moisture and sediment in the air
tank. Drain the moisture and the sediment from
the air tank into a suitable container.
3. Close the drain valve.
4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 for the other tank.
