•CLCOB4 provides 4 Loop start CO line interface.
•CLCOB8 provides 8 Loop start CO line interface.
•CLCOB4/8 can be installed on the universal slot No.1-9 of any KSU.
•Maximum 200 analog lines limit Analog CO interface ports.
•Pulse Dial function is not applicable in CLCOB8.
•CLCOB4/8 are implemented to accommodate CIDU4/8 option board.

2. New Board Description
CIDU4/8

Description
•There are two types of CIDU4/8, FSK-CIDU4/8 and DTMF-CIDU4/8.
•FSK/DTMF CIDU4/8 detects Caller ID signal that are supplied from the CO line interface.
•FSK/DTMF CIDU4/8 interface contains Microprocessor, CID Unit in the Memory,
Call Metering Unit (CMU-50PR).
•FSK/DTMF CIDU4/8 is used as an Option Board in CLCOB4/8 and cannot be used alone.
•Only when CIDU4/8 is inserted to CLOB4/8, the MPB recognizes CLOB4/8 board
as IPP board.
•FSK-CIDU4/8 enables CID function in case of On-hook(Type I) and Off-hook(Type II).
•DTMF-CIDU4/8 enables only for On-hook(Type I).

VOIBE/VOIUE
Description
•The VOIBE/VOIUE card can be installed in LDK-300 and LDK-100.
•Its main job is to provide the Ethernet interface for S/W applications and VOIP feature with
optional VOIUE daughter.
•VOIB is installed on the universal slot No. 1-9 of KSU except the slot No. 9 of 1st KSU.
•The number of ports are expanded to 24 channel comparing with the existing VOIB.
•VOIBE has twelve(12) ports basically and VOIUE has additional twelve(12)
ports.

MPBE/PMUE

Description
•The 32MB SDRAM is used for software downloading and additional features.
•Before installing the MPBE, you must install the PMUE.
•The MPBE must be used for expanding from LDK-300 system(300 ports) to LDK-300
Expansion system(600 ports) and installed on the MPB slot of the 1st KSU.
•To operate LDK-300 Expansion system, connect the CN 1 of MPBE to the CN1 of LMUE
with Link cable attaching ferrite core.
•MPBE doesn’t have one external page port and one external MOH port comparing with MPB
•The LMUE has one external page port and one external MOH port.

•Add-on Boards: PMUE, MODU

Description
•The PMUE has a program for system control, administration, and call processing.
•The PMUE is mounted on the MPBE.
•The PMUE has 8M bytes of four 70ns 16Mbit flash ROMs which is available of software
downloading by BDM(Board Debug Module) tool, ISDN line or LAN port.

Description
•The LMUE is used to connect master system to expansion system for IP LDK-300E
•The LMUE has one external page port and one external MOH port.
•The LMUE is installed on the MPB slot of the 4th KSU.
•To operate LDK-300 Expansion system, connect the CN 1 of MPBE
to CN 1 of LMUE by Link Cable having ferrite core.

•Two PSU-D can be inserted
•In case two PSU-D are inserted, the power is provided by the method of load sharing.
