Install the APP

 1. Install the APP
Enter the download address in the browser on the web then directly scan the
QR code to download the APP installation package.

find the QR code through “System Management---About”in web site.

scan that QR code to download.

Once complete the download, click on the package for installation.

When the installation is completed, the mobile phone desktop will be
shown as the following Figure 3-1:

 2. User Login
Enter the user name and password, User Logged in must be the engineer who has
been assigned the survey task on the Web. For example, the survey task of site A
has been assigned to the engineer Zhang San on the Web, therefore the logged in
user here must be Zhang San, he could download the survey task of site A after
login. By the way, Sub survey contactor also can download the survey task of site A
after login.

 3.1Site Task Assignment
Click on the wireless button in the lower left corner, enter wireless interface as
shown Figure 3-10,(if you select “Microwave” project in the web ,you can see
“Microwave” button in the lower left corner. )

 3.1 Site Task Assignment
Click on the download icon in the top right corner, then a symbol X will appear above the
download icon, and a check box will appear in front of the site task, then the site task
could be selected and assigned, a site task can be assigned to a number of people , site
tasks in the web terminal before the submission of the survey can be repeatedly assigned.

 3.2 Site Information Acquisition
After the site task assigned, it will appear in the task list of wireless interface,
then enter the interface of information acquisition for this task.

On-Site Survey information on the right side of Basic Information, there are two ways for
display: Lcon and List. The default one is Lcon. Click on the corresponding group, then
would see the sub-group information of the corresponding group.

the blue box 1 stands for this field should be text type, blue box 3 stands for the current
field is a drop-down select field; Blue box 4, with red asterisk behind the field, stands for it
is required to be filled.

 3.3 Photo Information Acquisition
Click on the item of the photo to be taken, as shown below, Click on the camera button in the
blue box 1 to take photo, the photo taken as shown in the blue box 2. The quantity of the photo
taken will be displayed in the lower left corner of the photo. For example, the quantity of
Picture below is 4 (can use one photo item to take more than one picture, when import TSSR,
the last picture would be default) .

1 Check the picture sample come from Web
side.
2 Check the photo taken currently.
3 Select the local photo stored in the mobile
phone.
4 Take photo.
5 Switch to the previous item of the current
one.
6 Switch to the item next the current one.
7 Check the photo item need to be taken of
the current group.
8 Edit the current photo.
9 Delete the current photo.

 3.3 Photo Information Acquisition
Click the edit function of the photo,the 6 button above，will appear as follows edit
interface， After finishing the edit of the current photo, click on the button in the top right
corner for saving the editing operation.

Button 1 in the blue box is used for setting

the color of the line.
Button 2 is the tool used for making a doodle.
Button 3 is a option button used for choosing
square and round graph.
Button 4 is used for editing text,
Button 5 is used for returning the last
operation.
Button 6 is used for cancelling the operation
to the current picture.

 3.4 The Site Task For Deleting

In wireless main interface, click on the corresponding site tasks, slide the site task to the left
and then can see the button for deleting the site task,

 4 . Site Information Upload
After finishing the filling of all the required information, click on the return button in the top
left corner then return the wireless main interface. After clicking on the upload button,
there will be a symbol X appearing on the upload button, and there will be a check box
coming out in front of the site task.

Click on the blue box 2, then can upload the data of site task which has been already finished the
acquisition to the Web,
Click on the blue box 3, then can save the data packet of the site task on the mobile phone , saved in the
phone is named by Site ID+Task ID, the store path in the mobile phone is:
sdcard\Android\com.hw.smart.esurvey\files\zip ; engineer can import the data packet to off line tool or
web;

 4. Site Information Upload –cancel the uploading
When uploading the data, slide the task to the left and then can cancel the uploading and
reedit the site data.

Once successfully upload the site task to the Web or save the site packet in the mobile
phone, then can check the completed site list in the Complete interface.

Online Update Version And Template

 5. Online Update Version

When click and enter the APP, it would automatically check the latest version of the APP.
Click on the button Confirm to update the version. After the updating, the existing data will
be retained.

If find the latest version, click on the cancel button, and then can manually trigger the
updating by clicking on the button New behind Version in setting interface.
