• Use Bhakti Vriksha modules in the Vrindas ensuring
excellent standards of disseminating Krsna Conscious
philosophy supported by Bhagavad Gita and Srimad
Bhagavatam study classes.
• Train them in different techniques of devotional
services.
• Care for everyone through the Bhakti vriksha
hierarchy.
• Train and engage people in preaching and leadership.
• Expand geometrically through multiplying Vrindas.
• Ensure rapid spiritual advancement through
supervising sadhana and promoting siksha program.

members, donors and business men of the community
for the various expenses of running the Yatra.

Key Result Area: Developing good Vrindas
Objectives:
• New Vrinda leaders should be trained to
facilitate properly.
• Vrinda leaders use Bhakti Vriksha modules
• Leaders should attend Bhakti Shastri and
other study courses
• Proper planning and supervision of the
Vrindas by senior leaders in the Bhakthi
Vriksha hierarchy.
• Regular meeting and reporting from the
Vrinda leader, Upachakrapathi, Chakrapathi,
and Mahachakrapathi to the Yatra leader.
• Annual reviewing, planning and setting up
goals for yatra
• Devotee care forms for all Prabhupada
Ashraya and above are maintained
Goal for:
Developing good Vrindas
• In the next 6 months
all the 12
Mahachakrapatis
will set aside 2 days
in a month for
training their
leaders, planning,
reviewing and
reporting their
progress.
Key Result Area: Study Group
Objectives:
• Members of Vrindas should attend
Bhagavad Gita study groups.
• Study group leaders must attend the
weekly Bhakti Shastri course and
Srimad Bhagavatam study classes.
Goals for :Study Group
• Every Vrinda must
have access to a
study group in the
next 2 months.
• All prospective
leaders of study
groups should
complete the Bhakti
Shastri course in the
next 6 months
Key Result Area: Training in
devotional activities
Objectives:
• Members of Vrindas are trained in
performing Arathi, Kirtan, learning
slokas, singing Vaishnava songs, playing
kartalas, mrdanga etc.
• They are engaged in the different services
in the organization of weekly friday
programs, other big programs, and
festivals
Goal for : Training in devotional

• Every study
class should set
aside 30 minutes
for training its
members in the
devotional
activities.

Objectives
• Vrinda leaders to maintain weekly report forms
for their members.
• Upachakrapatis should conduct Vyuha
programs regularly.
• Vrinda leaders should pay home visits to their
members, have telephonic contacts with them
regularly.
• Chakrapatis to conduct periodic picnics,
special gatherings etc for their Chakras.

• All Mahachakrapatis
to call for a meeting
with their
chakrapatis to review
the devotee care
forms twice a month.
• Upachakrapatis to
make supervisory
visits to all their
Vrindas and submit
reports to their
chakrapatis.

Objectives
• Vrinda members are given weekly
preaching assignments of calling new
people to attend the Vrindas.
• Senior members accompany the
Vrinda leaders for home visits.
• Developing new contacts during
festivals and have a follow up.

• Within 15 months new
leaders are generated
from every Vrinda to
lead vrindas of their
own.
• Existing Vrinda leaders
get promoted to being a
Upachakrapati.
• Upachakrapatis get
promoted to being
Chakrapatis.

Objectives
• Have an ongoing weekly outreach program for
every Mahachakra. Members to be guided to to
different Vrindas.
• Have preaching team in every festival to take
down contact names.
• Follow up on new contacts by the different
Mahachakrapathis.
• Vrindas to be multiplied every 15 months.

Objectives
• Have regular siksha seminars in the respective
Mahachakras to take members to the next
level.
• Speedy distribution of siksha certificates
during the weekly Friday programs.
• Maintain sadhana chart for all Prabhupad
asraya members and above.
• Train members to come up to Guru ashraya
and first and second initiation levels.
