Note: there are not enough materials for both teams to make the same bot. One team will use
size 15 metal, and the other team will use size 25 metal. The team using size 25 metal will use
the X large gears, and the large wheels.

Electronics Plastics Metal Hardware

1 brain 4 wheels 2 rails (size 15 or 6 medium bars

1 battery 2 large gears (or size 25) 6 bearing flats
2 buttons (or 2 2 X large gears) 2 angles (size 15 6 small spacers
limit switches) 4 medium gears or size 25) 4 large spacers
2 motors 1 metal plate 4 gold bolts
2 motor (size 15 or size 4 tiny bolts
adapters 25) 4 small bolts
18 medium bolts
26 kepps
18 Axle locks
1. Small size 15 build: Install bearing flats and motors
as shown. Do not double.

• For the size 25

build, space the
bearing flats as
below:
2. Attach axles to the motors and the bearing flats,
using 2 axle locks on each.

• When attaching
the axles, make
them REALLY
TIGHT.
• NO
WOBBLING!!!!!
3. Add the gears, with the largest in the middle, and the
smaller gears on the outside. Use the small spacers under all
6 gears. Use the large spacers on top of the small gears only.
4. Add the wheels to both sides, and top off each axle
with an axle lock.
5. Attach the Angles onto the rails, bolting where
shown in picture.
6. Attach metal plate to top of bot
