Introduction
 Bata Pakistan Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and
sale of footwear of all kinds along with sale of accessories
and hosiery items.
 The Company operates through four segments: Retail,
Wholesale, Export and Others. It operates a chain of retail
outlets for selling shoes and other products.
 It manufactures, imports and sells a range of footwear
products in the wholesale market. It offers products for
women, men and kids under categories, such as athletics,
casual, comfort, fashion, dress shoes, sandals and
slippers, boys, girls and school shoes.
My Position in Organization
 I’m working under the Finance Centre as a
head of Charted Accountant department.
 My work is to control and manage all those
task which comes under the Finance Centre
Like: Budgeting, Auditing, Measuring the
Profit and Loss of organization.

 Reviewing and establishing internal audit functions
 Assurance mapping
 Creating annual audit plans for clients
 Process improvement projects
 Risk management, governance and internal audit
advisory services
 Risk identification workshops and control reviews
 Delivering control and risk training
Responsibilities
 Keeping up to date with all industry specific issues
and circumstances which affect their clients
 Conducting meetings with clients to explain audit
findings and drafting and reviewing reports
 Setting budgets for engagement and monitoring
delivery against the budget
 Planning and allocating staff resources to fulfil
business requirements
 Skills and Qualification
 Charted Accountant Qualified
 Overseeing fieldwork for internal audit and/or risk
management engagements.
 Private sector and/or professional services experience
within the corporate sector.
