B, M, B/B --- To Change Various Modes.
TGC --- TIME Gain Compensation. We can
change the depth at various level.
Scan Area --- To Change the ROI of 2d Image.
Zoom --- Increases the Image Size
Measure --- To do various measurement
like distance, area,
circumference,Ob package,
Cardiac Package etc.
Ellipse --- To Change the size of Ellipse in
area & Circum Method during measure.
Comment --- To enter the Alpha numeric
letter over the image area.
Print A/B --- Printing of Images in Thermal
Printer.
Focus --- To change the transmit Focus Up/Down
Dynamic Range --- by Increasing Changes the Image From
Contrast to Smooth Image & reversed by
decreasing.
Gray Maps --- Changes the various Gray shades in image.
According to map Image will be smoother
or Contrast.
Frame Average --- By Changing the frame average the Noise in
the Image area Increases Or decreases.
ATO --- Auto Tissue optimization( By pressing one
touch Image has been analyzed & improves
the Contrast Resolution of the Image).
Image Reverse --- Inverts Image from Left to right Or Right to
left.
Angle Rotation --- By varying the angle we can rotate the
image.
Sweep Speed --- To vary the sweep speed of the motion
mode.
Acoustic Power --- To Change the transmit power of the
 Terms Commonly Used.
